Cut and Paste for the Post: A Collage Workshop

Participants will practice creating collages within the confines of a postcard. These artworks can be kept as small original works or shared in the mail with friends or family. Participants will receive in the mail a collage kit from the instructor, Katana Lippart. For this reason, cut off for enrollment of this class will be February 16th to allow enough time for you to receive your collage kit! No experience is necessary; and it is great for all ages (students K-5 should have adult supervision).

Supply list:

• X-acto knife
• Scissors
• Non-slip ruler
• UHU Adhesive Stick
• Elmer's School Glue Stick
• PVA Glue, glue brush, and surface to pour glue onto
• Newsprint or scrap paper
• Additional materials you can cut images out of: Magazine, books, advertisements
