Collage Techniques

02/28/2021 06:00 PM - 08:00 PM ET

Description

Participants are introduced to collage by learning a brief history of the artistic medium before moving into technical skills. The instructor will guide participants step-by-step to build their own, unique collages. Participants will be able to explore different styles based off of the examples provided during the historical review. By the end of the class, everyone will be able to share their work with each other. Participants will receive a collage kit from the Instructor, Katana Lippart, in the mail prior to class. For this reason, cut off for enrollment will be February 21st to ensure you receive your collage images in time. No experience is necessary; all ages are welcome (K-5 should have adult supervision).
