Exploring Drypoint on Plexiglass

During the Intro to Drypoint on Plexi class, students can expect to learn traditional intaglio printmaking methods that can be translated to metal and plexi-glass easily to create a jumping off place for more advanced applications. Students will learn how to design a compelling composition that will translate well to this printmaking technique, prepare the plexi-glass and paper before printing, inking applications, etching press operation, and print editioning will be covered. Ages 13 and up. Masks are required.
