Stab Binding III

04/26/2021 06:00 PM - 04/27/2021 08:00 PM ET

Description

Students will explore soft covers and how they can be done with stab binding. We will explore concepts that will help you create hinge folds, turn-ins, Z-folds, Dos-a-Dos, and even multi-volume concertina styles of covers. We will even discuss how many of these options can be combined to form additional possibilites.

This class will be a split between discussing concepts and actually working on a style or two to practice. A working knowledge of a least one stab binding pattern is required. We will not be focusing on sewing during this class, we will be focusing on cover variations.

Feel free to join us if you have taken Stab Binding I or II, have experience with stab binding, or contact us for further questions. Ages 13 and up.
