04/24/2021 01:00 PM - 03:30 PM ET

Description

Spend 2.5 hours this Spring celebrating the growing season by creating your own handmade book for your personal garden needs or to share as a gift! In this course you will learn how to recycle paper into seed papers, expand your paper folding techniques, and explore book cover assemblage possibilities for your Gardener's Blizzard Book. If there is enough time you will also have the opportunity to make note cards and seed saving envelopes. In addition to making your Blizzard Books students will engage in topics about recycling, seed saving and plant preservation, and get tips about saving seeds and keeping garden notes throughout the year.
